The Frontline Recruitment Group has taken out an historic double, winning two major Franchise Council of Australia state awards.

Colleen and Mark Hart's Brisbane Frontline Retail recruitment agency have been crowned Queensland's Franchisee of the Year in the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) MYOB Excellence in Franchising Awards. They will compete with WA state category winner Bronwyn Butcher and her Perth Frontline Retail agency for the national title to be announced Saturday 18 October 2008 in Sydney.

The FCA is the peak body for the $128 billion franchise sector in Australia, making the awards the most prestigious in the national franchise industry. It is the first time in the FCA award's history that two states under the one franchise banner will compete for the national title.

The Frontline Recruitment Group was founded in Sydney in 1995 and has a network of 34 franchised specialist recruitment agencies across Australia and New Zealand. Australian owned and operated, Frontline Recruitment Group has grown to be the most successful recruitment franchise in Australia, with over 40 agencies, more than 140 employees and a 100% franchisee success rate. It is the largest franchised recruitment system in the country and specialises in the retail, hospitality, health and construction sectors.

"It is an incredible achievement for the Frontline Recruitment Group as an entire franchise system and proves that the systems we have put in place really work," explained Group Managing Director Peter Davis.
