Creative Rules of Success...
Rule 3: Setting ecologically sound goals.
Goals are targets that give our lives and businesses direction. They are our signposts and framework for decision-making. They direct us to our destination, i.e. realisation of our vision.
As you develop your goals run them through Christopher Howard's "ecological check", which is an assessment of consequences. Simply ask
Is this goal safe for me, safe for others, and safe for the planet? Or
Is this outcome good for me, good for others, and good for the planet?
If you can say yes to all these questions then you can be confident that your goals are good goals to set from an ecological standpoint and have the potential for creating win-win situations.
Rule 4: Sharpening your focus.
